Dynamic Que and My LP

Dynamic Q is ruining my gaming experience, I'm middle of the pack silver (yea yea not good) but I'm being forced to play with high tier gold because they are boosting an unskilled player, which is a lot easier to do since u can get 4 buddies to do it for you now..Thanx dynamic Q...i have fun playing in my elo and trying to get better playing against people within my range of skill..seeing how high i can climb..but I'm forced to play against these teams of gold player and 1 silver meanwhile i have bronze and silvers on my side wtf...so now in a league i worked hard to climb i take a 19 point lp hit because of boosters thats BS....i played a game where a jinx got a 4 min BF sword for god sakes cuz he was gold and my bot lane wasn't near these boosters level...i just lost a game to a gold 1 duo bot boosting tandem where trist was 11-0 before the 17 min mark..there has to be a way around this u guys calculate our MMR and reward lp and who we match with based on our performance...u have o be able to use this info to lessen the blow of these losses due to boosting at least if ur not gonna find a way to properly stop this...its honestly ruining the game for me
