atm and now i have 2 Mastery6 token, but no Essence neither Vi-Shard nor Vi-Permanent. Is there any use for leftover Mastery6 tokens i get when i'd continue playing? or will my HexTech-Loot be filled with useless tokens?
and yea, i've looked for a similar question but the whole forum 'bout mastery tokens is so filled with complaints 'bout missing ones i didnt found a question similar to mine
TheHappyReaperz2 votesNo. You can't do anything with mastery tokens except use them to get level six or seven. However, Riot may change that in the future, as they are still building upon the mastery system.

Zielmann2 votesThe system won't give you more tokens than are required to upgrade your mastery level. (Confirmed by a friend of mine who has kept his mastery level for a champ at 5, despite having had the tokens to upgrade for a while).
