New Tier Idea @riot

A new elo tier has recently been announced by riot... Here is a copy/paste of the leak

Hello summoners, we at riot are always looking to improve upon the player experience, and with the largely positive feedback from the new master tier we have decided to create another tier, the "Challenged Teir". How can you enter this exiting new tier you ask? We will tell you!

The "Challenged Tier" is a ranked tier just below Bronze Division V, if you loose enough games in bronze V, you will be demoted to the "Challenged Tier". The challenged tier is highly exclusive, and as such, only 1 person may be in this tier at a time.

The "Challenged Tier" will be rotated every 24 hours, and a new player will be added. But as we said before, only 1 person may be in the challenged tier. After the 24 hour rotation takes place, the previous titleholder will be IP Permabanned and blocked from any future LCS and Gaming Related events.
