Poacher's Knife

Well its no secret that this item sucks since release. It doesnt even sound too bad. The problem is the other jungle items are alot more efficent and if you want to counter jungle you dont build this. So here is my idea how to rework it :).

If you Smite an a Large monster in the enemie jungle, the camp takes longer until it respawns. If you smite buffs, the buffs will last longer aswell.

This would bring Poachers in my opinion back without beeing broken. It would be a great alternative for counterjungles like or . They then have the option to stop these heavy lategame junglers. Now lategame junglers have no problem to get into lategame. I think this would definetly bring this item back.
