How do I build LeBlanc? Is {{item:3146}} a good choice?

Morellos is good too, it all depends on your play style, I knew I was forgetting an item, I couldnt find morellos on the choices, but her utility is so good with good cdr, good eye. I forgot morellos, I usually rush Hextech Blade first tho, that really helps you with clearing lanes and cs

Why item 3285 over item 3165 ? Just a question, not saying it's bad since i don't play LeBlanc, but you are full build with only 10% CDR which seems very bad for LeBlanc

Can replace Banshee's Veil with Zhonya's if need be

Absolutely, gives you some health when clearing waves, a great way to land your chains by using the active, and a good item that synergizes with your burst.
