I can't win lane anymore

I don't know what happened aside from pre season happening. I just got smashed by as . Back then this lane was freelo now I can't play the game anymore because one death means that lane is over. Even with I can't do shit. How can I recover to my former "glory"? I struggle really hard atm and it becomes more and more discouraging to play my favourite champs.

pick right runes know your limits focus farm over kills when you get spike items you fight, basicly learn when you have the chance of killing your opponent if so then try if not don't even bother farm more :) go test your limits :D you'll get better as you go ^^
