Nasus needs a NERF

I find it so hard to play against since if he's a good player he can get 300-400 stacks in 25 mins and one shot our adc, if he's not he can still get 100-200 stacks on his q and still deal a decent amount of damage. Even if I try to poke him his q just keeps on healing him and almost makes my poke useless and even if I poke him hard enough to make him b he still somehow catch back on stakes. But his late game is the worst! Once he gets past 500 stacks he can destroy turrets with ease, even when I try to shoo him away he still has his ultimate and once he's done with the turret DESTROYS me.
