Unenjoyable ranked , is the game dying?

Hello there Summoners,

I`m a d3 player with an overall 56%wr.

I just went on a 12 winstreak where i gained 13/14lp average, well ok sure. Thinking it would change my lp losses after that was a mistake, so i won 12 in a row and lost the last game, realising i lost 23lp when still gaining 14lp

How on earth is this balanced, i`m slowly starting to enjoy this game less and less.

This was an issue in preseason , but when i said something about it they just ignored it cause "Everything would be getting fixed in the actual season 9" That`s definitely not the case.

I just dont know how long ill still enjoy the adventures of climbing in this kind of way, maybe soon after almost 8 years i should go. Ive always enjoyed the game to its fullest, but i feel like the game doesnt gives me enough anymore.

Its sad, but maybe true to admit the game isnt as good as it used to be.

I hope they fix this or i`m out.

I have fun every game I play as do all of my sociable teammates. It's a friendly and fun loving atmosphere in ranked, aram is different

Why would t he game be dying because YOU don't enjoy playing?

You probably hit your peak skill level and it's frustrating to play because you don't really make any improvements or feel like you lack any impact on the outcome of the game. Don't force yourself to play it if you no longer enjoy it. Take a more casual approach, play less and just every now and then and maybe you start enjoying it again.

i think the problem is a vast majority of players play the game for ranked purposes and with ranked a shit volcano that is constantly erupting they end up leaving cause they don't enjoy it anymore and that leaves only a few die hard players that refuse to leave ranked and the players who don't do ranked and hang in norms. with both of those bases being small already it leaves the game in a weakened state and riot don't know what to do to fix it.

So you are diamond and you still dont know how Lps works. That's definitely a problem.

Hint : the problem is not the game.
