Anyone else think the client is garbage?

So i have been getting longer and longer penalties because of my client crashing or bugging out while im in champ select i cant be the only one having this problem i dont know how this company can make so much money and not have a client that doesn't fuck me over while im trying to climb. I just wish they would do something about this garbage client because it is almost making this game un playable for me.
