So who else thinks that the newly released video is related to either this years harrowing, or in some way related to the shadow isles? It seems to be about that time of the year..

Neither.
Most likely it's part of the teasers for the new champion_(s)_. And my hype is reaching critical levels. The Wolf's voice just sends chills down my spines, he's completely inhuman. "Tell me a story." "There was once a pale man with dark hair who was very lonely." "Why was it lonely?" <--- this right here is wonderfully creepy. He's curious but in an inhuman way, he is trying to understand but he can't, not without help.
As well as the "So he would always have a friend?" "So he would always have a friend." moment. The repeated phrase shows they see why the man split himself in two with the axe (since they're apparently him or something), but it's otherwordly how they make such a gruesome act sound so understandable.
