Elise is one of the least played champs and is pretty bad when it comes to win ratios, and I think this clearly calls for a buff or two. I don't believe a rework is necessary, it would suffice to give her some stat boosts. Making her faster and less squishy would probably be enough to make her more playable without making her broken.
Give her lower mana costs, so she can be played mid or top.
They said some buffs in the next patch or two are planned.
I do think she needs her nerfs reverted, but riot thinks reverting nerfs is wrong. It took 2 seasons to revert the zac E damage nerf, and that's the only one part of his kit. Elise q base damage is shit, her cocoon is shit all around, and her rappel is really short now. There is literally no way they are going to give her any power back.
Of course she needs a buff. As for just stat increases or a rework, I'm all for a rework. Increasing her ratios or base damage isn't going to fix the fundamental problems with Elise. I was reading up on what her skills were like in older patches and I'm all for her Spider Form granting additional AP, Armor and Magic Resist. Mage Elise should be somewhat squishy while Spider Elise should be tanky.
Her damage is ok imo, it's just that her mana costs are waaaaaay too high, but they might be because she has her manaless spider form idk :/
Mabey up the missle speed on her web shot a bit.
