client draining my inernet so fast help ASAP

I have been playing league using mobile data for the past three months without any problems. Note that i only get 250Mb of internet per day. However yesterday due to the last update being huge considering the internet i have i went to a Netcafe to get league updated( i also remember things appearing about firewall but i decided to ignore them) After i finished updating the game i went home and i decided to play and i noticed that when i am in queue league is using almost 2Mb/s wich is a bit weird because in the past three months it was using almost no data while i was in queue. Also windows updates are disabled, the fast drain of my data happens only when i open league . I need help ASAP pls excuse my bad english
