having some game issues, client freezes in champ select/loading screen, pls help ;(

Every time I load up for a ranked/draft game and I get to champ select, after 1 or 2 people lock in their champs shit goes wild. Like the timer for counting down lock ins just freezes, and the entire client freezes with it. I can't click anything on it and I have to go to Task Manager. Everything goes fine after I reload the launcher and it happens again. If I do manage to get to the loading screen, my ping stays at 0 and nothing loads. pls help.[sg-soraka] sent in tons of tickets to riot too
