Why don't you do a global survey Riot, asking two questions

  1. Are you content with current game balance philosophies?

  2. Did you like the old system or Runes reforged better?

Plot twist, they do these surveys frequently. I myself find one pop up once every couple months in client. I've also occasionally gotten one via email.

Maybe you just refuse to accept that many people like the changes? The boards are and have always been an echo chamber where the vocal minority can pretend to outnumber the silent majority.
