Why don't you do a global survey Riot, asking two questions
Are you content with current game balance philosophies?
Did you like the old system or Runes reforged better?
rujitra2 votesPlot twist, they do these surveys frequently. I myself find one pop up once every couple months in client. I've also occasionally gotten one via email.
Maybe you just refuse to accept that many people like the changes? The boards are and have always been an echo chamber where the vocal minority can pretend to outnumber the silent majority.

ZT Xperimentor1 votesThat's presuming it's not vaguely or imprecisely described, last few I've seen were along the lines of; 'on a scale of 1 to 5, did you like your team composition?' or 'how much did you think your item choices mattered?' So it's kind of up to interpretation, but still feels unimpactful, to me anyway. I think some are multiple choice and others are freely written, but over the years I've seen less than a dozen questions, I wonder if they're only given on pvp rift matches . . .
