I started playing League of Legends since season 4 and I have experienced a lot of different game modes (One for All, Hexakill, Ascension, Mirror Mode, URF, etc). They were very creative and fun to play. However, for me personally, I really enjoyed playing Doom Bots. It was a gamemode that was introduced before the new summoners rift update. For the people who actually have experienced playing the Doom Bot gamemode, don't you think it will be great to bring that gamemode back to the new Summoner's Rift? I would love to have the Doom Bot mode back into League of Legends, so Riot please make this come true.

As stupid as it sounds, I would like to ave a Doom player mode, where people get to play as the busted OP version of their favourite champions against each other.

They said in another post they would if they wanted to, but currently there are just so many kit updates, and new champions along with balance changes that it would be a mess coding. I don't have the post now, but it was said in another thread. Trust me if I could play Doom bots all day I would! My most favorite game mode! For someone that entered right at the beginning of season 4 I really enjoyed this one the most :D

I read somewhere on the forums that riot isn't sure whether or not they will bring back doom bots because of the intensive coding and time that would have to go in to it... they also mentioned thatd they believed that time would be better spent on vu and the likes instead of having to rewrite this gamemode

Doom bots would give players something to do between now and patch 6.12 when the game finally becomes balanced; right before the big mage rework and everything goes down the toilet again.

Ekko can rewind allies Kindred targets all champions with their passive at all times, q is always under the 2 second cd from w Poppy passively has her 'no dash zone' up Sion knocks back the whole wave of minions with his scream, ulti has rammus q turnspeed Jhin flowers damage and slow the same as full ap teemo shrooms, ulti sends out 4 shots with each round (so 16 shots in all) all 4 of the last round crit/do execute dmg TahmKench can eat enemies and carry them off with his ulti, q works like Nautilus 's hook (each get pulled halfway to each other) Illaoi curses random people on the map at random times, or- someone on your team is ALWAYS cursed, if one ally loses the curse, someone else instantly gains it, still times out after 1minute, killing tentacles still removes it, but as soon as it's removed, someone else gets it, because- fk your couch

It would be fun, but only if we get more kinds of bots. That mode was pretty boring, then you face the same bots in every game, because Riot made only 10 or less of them.

I personally found Doombots a bit boring because it was so easy. I beat all the tiers in one go and was bored after playing a few more games after.

The bot AI is still meh so it is super easy to outsmart the bots and not even have to run into them face first. It is a good mode in theory but when you are trying to win the game, it is actually far too easy to exploit and gets old really fast. Probably in my top two least favorite game modes so far. Not because it was badly designed, just got old really fast.

I was actually upset when last year's Halloween had no doom bots. I was sooooo looking forward to Doom Bots what with the new champs Riot introduced. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME!

I didn't liked that game mode at all, it doesn't make sense. It was impossible to beat those bots at 1vs1, 3vs3 or even 5vs5, you could win games only using strategys, like rotations. There was no obvious skill.

I've wanted to play this too, and I want sion to be in it, and he doesn't lose health from his passive. That would be amazing.

Rito kind of told us that wouldn't be happening.

The underlying code of the game/champ changes, etc. have all made the original build of Doom Bots unusable. They'd basically have to build it again from the ground up. Just not sure of they could if they wanted to.

I was too scared to play doom bots much when it was out.

What I really want them to bring back is the... I forget what it was called. The pirate ARAM map. That was so good, and so much better than the default map- still no idea why they don't use them both.

Sion doombot

everytime he dies he gets up again but regens the hp instead of losing it his deathsurge is replaced by his ultimate and has a 1,5 second cooldown and it deals more damage depending on missing health

His ultimate gains execute damage and applies the e effect when it kills something

his q when fully charged sends a global shockwave

his w passive now gains 20x the hp the active shields cooldown is refunded if it gets destroyed before it deals damage

his e now also works on champions and launches things twice as far and deals 30% of whatever he launches hitpoints as extra bonus damage and the armorshred is doubled in strenght and duration

While it is true that rotations, and split pushing worked in doom bots, algorithms can be made to recognize and counter this behavior

Honestly, it was probably one of my least enjoyed modes. They didn't really do anything to the AI, they just made everything harder to dodge. It's fun to see the changes they made, but I think it has a shorter shelf life then most featured modes.

If I remember correctly, quite a few people were upset and disliked the idea when Doombots was announced. How wrong they turned out to be.
