TL;DR: Add a reasonable AP scaling to MF's W to buff Mage Fortune without affecting the balance of AD Miss Fortune.

AP Miss Fortune is viable. I play her in Platinum and have climbed to where I am now with her, in my promos to Diamond. If there was a small quality of life buff to her she could even be competitive!

The problem with her currently is that her W scales off of AD and does magic damage while her R scales off of AP and does physical damage. Late game this means your ult doesn't scale well with MPen because the W magic damage is minimal.

If her W were to scale off of AP also, it would not affect the balance of AD MF, but would give AP MF some much needed magic damage.

They killed AP Tristana, AP Yi, AD TF, AP Sion, everything-that-isn't-support Alistar, etc....

I don't think they will ever care about off-builds unfortunately. In fact, I believe they are strongly against off-builds and will do everything in their power to remove the existence of them.

Honestly, I'd prefer focusing her more in a hybrid diretion. We lack champions that actually can viably go hybrid, even jax kayle and akali rarly go the hybrid route anymoe. MF would have the potenital to become a true ranged hybrid carry wiht some changes(and some buffs to the poor hybrid items)

Can't you build item 3035 ? Granted, it doesn't give AP, but it'd be a decent substitute for void staff if you want your ult damage to be up the roof.

The funny thing is that seeing Mage Fortune people buy magic resist... then you just use your ult and laugh and laugh... Ziggs
