The most banned Champions should get reworks or nerfs

Alright so I've been thinking, why the hell doesn't Riot do anything to the broken champs that gets banned time and after again in every draft, (I'm not playing ranked yet so... but I believe it's pretty much the same bans there as well but Idk. I'm not a fan of draft due to the pick order, so I am to play normal games where most people use those champions that usally get's banned which breaks the game IMO. Some champions such as Mundo,Garen and such are just insanely boring to play against and with tbh... That's just my thought tho

That is stupid, asinine, and really not smart. Complete rework just because a champion is new? They get banned a lot. What about Blitzcrank, who has a fine kit, but is banned a lot because he is good at what he does? Reworking a champion takes a shit ton of time. And outright nerfing them, even when they need buffs (read: Illaoi) is a terrible idea.

I am little confused where you are going with this one. You talk about reworks or nerfs for champs that are typically banned but then go on to say something about "boring" champs. When you refer to normals, I assume you are talking about blind pick. So certain champs are played a lot in blind pick because they are either banned or usually get countered in draft. "Broken" champs like yasuo, zed, soraka..... (just going off what people usually complain about) are countered by certain champs and/or summon spells. That is where draft pick balances things out. Any champs that have a win-rate that skyrockets are looked at immediately for changes. As for "boring" champs, there is always a place for those in the game. These type of champs just focus on a different aspects of the game compared to the high skill based champs.
