Champ Select Issues and Possible Team Creator

Dear Riot,

I have started playing LoL again after leaving an account at level 9 for a year, and a lot as improved, which is great, I am almost lvl 30 and ready for rankeds. The problem is, half the games I get into there are always trolls who say adc and pick leblanc, or just don't care about the positions others called, leading to frustating games. I admit, when this happens I just close the game in champ select and wait for 5 minutes for the ban to go, which is better then at least 20 minutes of ridiculous gameplay, not enjoyable at all. I wish team builder was the most used, you have the team comp you want, you can choose wether to stay with a team, as oposed to the ridicule of blind and draft pick. Please Please Please make a change to this, make it possible to report these cases before the end of the game, why do players have to withstand trolls when they just want to play a normal game? I would go ranked, but I have to reach level 30 first, which is frustating to do with sio many bad games.

On another matter, why not create an in-game system to create teams with who you can play casuals as well as rankeds? I'd love to havfe a system where I can meet other players whi share my view of the game, and it could make for some interesting scenes. If anyone knows a website to do this, could you please share it?
