The league experience from a college kid 2 years playing

I got into league a couple years ago instantly falling in love with the game and playing with my friends. League has been getting more and more involved in my life since. I started watching lcs and following 100T because they were new to the scene when I was. I'm not one of the best, but I do enjoy playing ranked to test my skills and try to get better. Over the last couple months this has been very difficult. I have been falling slowly from plat 2 to 3 to 4. When I go into games I always have a fresh mindset and don't hold any actions good or bad against my team from the start. I mean I jungler has to help everyone and I like to do what I can to assist in times of need or help extend any leaders my laners get. With that being said, I have been in to many games where there is one person that seems to be frustrated or thrown off their game by the last team that they played with that if anything happens to upset them this unstable person will easily be thrown off the edge of tilting till the games over and everyone suffers. With this victim mind set of having to go into a game walking on egg shells, not knowing if everyone on your team wants to try, or has something else they're upset about that they want to take out on other people in an online game has me fearing for the future of league and society. Living in a world that gives all the power to the person that in manipulating the rules to not get banned or have their account suspended because riot can't watch every game (obviously) is not a virtual world I want to live in. I am just constantly hoping riot does something to address this problem or 1 person dictating the game more than the other 9 can. The truth is if 1 person is actively fighting against your team (10 minutes ago ex. my mid laner leaves lane at 5 minutes blaming me for loosing the game [I'm 1/1 the game just started] then proceed to take my camps so I couldn't get xp) this is 1 example of someone that won't get any punishment for their actions because taking the jungle camps as a mid laner even if you do it for all of them no rotation isn't against any rules. I would hate to give up a game that I enjoy so much and have for the last couple years because riot doesn't punish trolling in ranked. People can about lp even if it isn't a real thing. Maybe that's my bad for caring to much and I just need to find a different game that doesn't put up with 1 person getting to terrorize 4-9 people for 20 minutes not letting them surrender and getting away with it.
