Seriously, what the hell? You literally took a passive already in-game, nerfed the hell out of it, then gave it infinite scaling and called it a day?
For reference, for Kindred and Tristana to have the same attack range at level 18, Kindred needs to pick up 20(!) marks, which almost never happens.
This must be the same team responsible for

Bunnymap1 votesThe intention was that Riot always wanted Kindred to be able to be a late game carry like other ADCs, but their short range limited them. This way, they aren't too oppressive early because of their range, but can still fulfill the role of a normal late game carry due to the range increase over time.
