This patch has had some insane queue times and I don't understand why after 10 minutes of waiting around a high gold/low plat mmr I still get my second role? Either A. Let me queue up for 1 role and just wait so I can play where I want, or B. Enable auto-fill so I can get into a game within 5 minutes because after waiting 10 only to get the secondary role is kind of insane.
I'd posit that you're more likely to get your secondary role after waiting for a long time. The system at that point is like, well, we tried but we can't find a match for you in your primary, here's the best we can do.
Does the queue timer indicate that you'll be waiting for ~10 min for the roles you currently queue for? If so, you may consider manually setting your secondary to fill when you see long queue times.
