A rework for Morgana

Her and Kayle are high tier for VGUs. Likely sometime later this year.

I mean, I believe she's already on the list of getting reworked, but "one of the oldest in the game" isn't really a valid reason for an A-Z change up. Plenty of original characters have gone through the game with minor changes to their kits over time. Plus a lot of her artwork has already been updated.

it's the only reason for an A-Z change but i mean she really need some changes because things are kinda the same like the only 2 interactions u only have, the short bio like we only know about the conflict that happened but still vivid stuff goin around and many other stuff

Please no!!! :__( I love the way she is right now.. and I'd guess that other morg mains would feel the same.. Let her not be another Le Blanc.. (in terms of rework)
