Talon w. exhaust

Alright so i was thinking, talon's passive allows him to deal extra damage to CC'd enemies. does that work w. exhaust? Like what if your rand flash/exhaust Talon? You would get the damage reduction, slow, and additional damage to you. Or is it more worth to just take ignite?

Ehh, ignite is just stronger You get healing reducation, and aswell you're normally not put in danger due to ult invis and your burst damage is high makes ignite much stronger, and gives a higher damage output.

If you're having problems surviving after going in, you can pick it up... I interchange all summoners in mid, ignite, exaust, tp, heal, barrier

Yes, his passive works with any form of cc listed in the tooltip.

As for which is better, it really depends. The armor and mr shred that comes with exhaust probably evens out with ignite. Ignite also gives you grievous wounds to work with, but exhaust is loaded with goodies, too.

Just depends on preference or the necessity for grievous wounds.

Honestly I thought the exact same thing when I first started playing talon-- and it was actually pretty good on some stuff, it allowed you to duel (and win) against a whole lot of beefier and more bursty champs than you, but there's a downside. Talon is an Assassin. His kit isn't designed to jump around and do damage here and there like Zed would, but rather to have intelligent all-in encounters and to know your strengths. Ignite REALLY is the best thing for him. I could say different IF I didn't run 2 move quints and 3 points in movement in utility. So when I go mid after I've bought tier 1 boots, I already move at 392 speed, which allows you to very easily dodge any and all skillshots if you watch.
