In-game ping issues as of recent??

I myself have experienced, and talked to other summoners who have also had, extreme lag spikes, and MS/ping issues in game. Also the client has crashed a few times for no good reason leading up to it. No its not my internet connection, or bandwidth issues because when my house is empty after i get off work it happens as well. i check my MBPS and got a direct wire connection instead of wifi and still no dice. With the discussions ive been having, and personal experiences id say this all started to occur on a regular basis about 3 patches ago or so. And it will happen mid game randomly and carry on into following games. I can play other online multiplayer games with no fps or ping issues withing seconds of quitting league due to these problems. So ive finally brought it to the community boards after weeks of trying to remedy the issue on my end.

Any input fellow Summoners?
