It seems Chogath has not been 90% pick/ban in a while.
So let's buff Chogath for no reason at all.
Just because a champ is not played every single game does not mean the champ is under powered.

For dedicated Cho'Gath mains, Feast can be his highest high (nomming even the heartiest of meals) and his lowest low (endlessly playing catch-up on Feast stacks if he falls behind the curve). Adding extra bonuses to Feast's success case gives Cho bigger rewards for getting aggressive hungry, as well giving him the option to top off his already massive health pool once he's full.
Read the context next time, it's not even a major buff, it's so you actually have a reason to use your ult on champions if you don't have max stacks yet. Heal at max stacks is just gravy (and he has to get real close to you to use his ult anyways. Peel him off and he's not eating anyone.)
Except Cho'gath isn't a strong pick and he is kinda underpowered. 90/120/150 isn't even a lot of health in the first place, much less so with all the effort it takes get it.
For all who say how strong he is because they got taken out by a Flash-Feast when they were at low health, just take a minute to think about how numerous the champions who could do that are, especially the ones who wouldn't even have to burn a Flash.
