Flex Queue Placements Messup!

What is going on with Flex queue and why did I have to play ONE game to get through placements again? I placed into Gold V the first time and immediately skipped two divisions into Gold 3. Then I have to play this one match because it showed I had to do placements again, and it placed me in Silver 3. Guess what I have no desire or drive to do now? Climb out of the 5 divisions you stole from me! What is going on? How can this be adjusted or fixed, who do I contact for support?

Same thing happened to me. I ended in S3 last season, played my 10 flex games got placed B1. Was fine with it, then they made me play 1 more game, had 2 feeders on my team lost the game and now I'm in B3.

Happened to everyone , I won my flex game and still got demoted. Not sure what riot is trying to do but going to discourage a lot of players from this.
