[Gameplay] Why does the game still force a remake if all 5 players vote in it?

So on top of the TOXIC AS HELL SEJUANI that probably won't have anything done to them, why does the game still remake if all players are present to vote in it??

To clarify, this was Nexus Siege, where everyone gets equal gold over time and the only downside is losing out on crystals, which isn't even that bad.

The Yi, who ignored the fact I said I was laning with the Jinx, started the remake vote because Jinx wasn't in bot lane with him.

The damn cat was throwing up and we made that clear. Jinx connected originally and was present to vote in the remake vote.

It was a yes, no, yes, no, no vote. WHY DID IT STILL FORCE A REMAKE?

I was the Jinx and I was present to vote. Completely unfair as to how it was a voted 2-3 remake vote and the match still got canceled.

Missing the first three minutes of the game already sets you (and the rest of your team) behind.

In addition, you generally don't want a player with connection/client issues on your team if you can avoid it.
