I main midlane, I usually play veigar, zed, yasuo, morgana, sometimes brand but now I am looking for a new midlaner to buy and was thinking either cass or ahri or ziggs although I prefer one of the first two champs. Please help me pick and explain why that champ. Thank you.

1: Zoning
2: Burst
3: Roam potential on point
4: Simple to pick up
5: Naturally tanky with 
If you get these items of course builds varyh in many ways.
1: No wave clear really 2: Not mobile without flash being up
Tworie1 votesShe's great against mobile assassins that she can burst down easily, but if the enemy team is better at zoning than she is, she won't get any kills without flash :V
Veigar is a safer pick imo infinite scaling you can build anything on him like tank or onhit damage and you'll still be able to kill everybody on the enemy team

Tworie1 votesyou're underestimating the power of Veigar's legendary mechanically complex combo of [ R, AA ] with lichbanes though :U and building rageblade + nashors and finishing them off with the 1200 magic damage double proc'd onhit auto damage

all you have to do is take a page of full scaling AP runes then building tear > RoA > Rabadons > Archangle > Mejais > Voidstaff > Ludens and then get the AP potion
and you'll have an easy 1000+ AP your Q now does damage equal to Lux's ult and on a shorter CD even
