Getting demoted because of teammates

I don't understand this at all.. But lately I've been in games and losing most of them because at least one person will feed hard and just keep doing it because they don't change their play style. So this really affected me in my most recent game where I went Tahm Kench TahmKench top and did pretty good and shut down Nasus Nasus . However, down on the other side of bot lane, my Kogmaw KogMaw went 1/11/0? Also everyone else didn't go neutral. My point is that I'm playing my role of the team and get DEMOTED because other players weigh everyone else down. Now when I play, it doesn't even feel like I am playing with people around my skill level and it's very irritating. I don't know what to do..

You cannot win all games. That is how league is. Also think of it like this, if you know you will not troll, you have a 4/5 change of getting a troll while the enemy has a 5/5 chance of getting a troll.
