Will Lucian be included in the marksman update?

In my opinion I think Lucian is over qualified to be included amongst the others in the marksman reworks. As much as I have always enjoyed this champion with his character model, play style, taunts, skins, etc... I cant help but notice his lack in some of his abilities. For starter his W. I love the concept of the speed boost upon dealing damage after marking an enemy. It definitely gives you that rush down feel going through his combos. But I believe Lucians W could use a little more damage on top of it. or maybe just apply the speed boost upon hitting the enemy with the W alone. His other ability I have issues with is his Ultimate. Don't get me wrong, this is one of my favorite ultimate's in the game for how it looks. Every time I activate it I can picture him shredding through the undead in his lore. But when it comes to in game I believe it lacks priority and damage compared to other marksman in the game. Some might disagree with me on lack of damage and say "well you have to be good and get every hit with it." In my opinion if you do get every hit it is decent, again comparing to other ultimate's. My biggest problem with Lucians ult is its priority. Once activated it can be interrupted by any cc in the game, minions and towers often get in the way of the shots, and its strict linear direction makes it really easy for enemies to get around it even with good positioning upon activating... P.S. Lucian definitely deserves a slayer skin for more than obvious reasons :D If anyone disagrees or agrees with me I would like some feedback and if anyone has any news I am unaware of.
