Do you guys think that AP Ezreal might need a buff?

Well I'm an AP Ezreal player. Since APEzreal (APEZ) is weak at pushing lanes ,and his core items are too expensive, it disappeared from mid lane and went bot as an ADC. However,Kleptomancy made him back to his original home as a strong champ against AD assassins auch as Talon . It's not broken but still usable. Sadly, Riot nerfed klept and his speed of buying core items ...so his rhythm of game is slowed down again to the former rate(or even worse than before,since nowadays the pace of game is quite speedy), I don't think that he'll be good for mid anymore. What's your opinion guys?I've been playing APEZ for about 4 years and I just wanna keep its influence...since he is my faith in L of L.Maybe...some guys in riot will think about it...? (All above is my personal ideas.It's not about flaming the nerfs.I'm just thinking about the possibilities of AP Ezreal buffs, such as increase the base dmg of W or we can take back the regen effect(Those are S2 stuffs :\ )or even something crazier...well nvm.)
