matchmaking trash

look at my summoner name- reformed player here.

i have done great with this new account, i assume getting little to no reports thus far and keeping it very positive. i have just hit level 30 and started ranking. in one of my very first games, i get a guy, second pick after their initial pick, talking trash to me in pre lobby cause im last pick leona and dont have anyone to trade him. its ok man i explain, this is a new acc and i dont have alot of champs. blah blah blah, he talks more trash, his jayce gets picked first so he chooses fiora.

flash forward to game, hes talking ALL kinds of shit to everyone (doesnt help we have a bad jungler) and he, fiora, loses hard top. i ask her to at least go tanky or ward, she does neither. ok fine- she goes 0/6/0. i report her for int feeding and for not communicating with team AND BLOCK HER.

que up again. GUESS WHOS IN MY LOBBY- SAME GUY?! WTF RIOT?

i clearly did all i could to avoid this guy and you give him right back to me???????? what kind of sense does that make at all? i warn people in pre lobby that this dude is selfish (never once resorting to calling him names!)

IF someone blocks someone else riot- THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO Q UP TOGETHER- THIS MAKES 0 SENSE! YOU NEED TO ALTER THIS RIOT!
