Ranked Games (Bronze)

There should be a way to que up with people who play similar to your performance last couple of games specially in bronze because everytime i get que with people i feel like every lane is not holding up well and mid always seem to be carrying the game. My point is that if i did well last game or the game before on my individual performance i shouldnt have to be queqe up with people who cant hold their lane or are doing poorly. I was silver last season and at things are looking i doubt id be able to get out of bronze unless i find myself a team of players who i can trust. but thats very hard.
