Unless you got one of those gaming mouses with a numpad on the side, I wouldn't advise playing. at all

Get a naga mouse and make all your hot keys for the buttons on the side to use with your thumb My good friend hS only ever played with one hand(even tho he has two) and he always does well

Was going to say the same thing. Your only hope is a gaming mouse with 10+ buttons.

get something like the razer tartarus. that's the only thing i can think of. if you don't know what it is then look it up, it's kind of like a mouse and a keyboard combined

This no game no life guy used his foot to control his mouse. If you can master that feat too then with your one hand tapping keyboard you'll manage. Otherwise, you'll have to stick to playing hyper ad carry.

Like others have said, there are some high ranked players that play one handed, but you need a mouse with a lot of configurable buttons.

Which hand? If it's your right hand you could pick up a Logitech G600, has enough buttons to bind all your abilities and the price isn't too bad

if you don't mind spending around $70, you can get a gaming mouse. They usually have 5 to 9 buttons on the side for you to be able to program so you can move with the mouse and give commands with your thumb

it's much harder than a normal setup, but not impossible

big issue though, don't make macros/scripts or they definitely will ban you

Razer naga, get one, they also have lefty hand ones too if ur left handed.

One of my friend used to play on laptop with only left hand, he use his thumb to control touchpad.

Buy one of those mouses with the number pad where the thumb is. you can bind the ability keys, item keys, recall, and summoners to the buttons on the mouse :)

warwick can be played mouse only i used to when i started way back.....

This is an old thread, but it seems they may have made a champion for you - Yuumi. It should be possible to play Yuumi with one hand with one of them mice with lots of buttons.
