upcoming assassin rework

idk how I feel about this. im a kata main and she seems perfectly fine. and before you say "o ur a kat main ofc u don't think she needs a rework" let me say now that even before I started playing kat I thought she was fine. assassins are risk and reward champs. either they are literally useless or they are insanely fed and one shot pretty much everyone. even riven and vayne are considered risk and reward champs and u don't see them getting a rework :/
