Smurf accounts in ranked

Ran accross someone claiming to be a smurf account in ranked. There honestly needs to be a report button for it. I am really thinking of taking a break from league for a while alone because of it. Bottom lane got wrecked and the person was salty bragging the whole time.

Why should i bother trying to rank up if someone is smurfing and ruining my chance to better myself and rank up? I rather play someone of my skill level.

So here is a question should someone be perma-banned if they claimed to be smurfing?

Honestly i think if someone claims it in middle of a ranked match it should be put to the top of the review and match ended, so that it is a draw. It is really a negative experience to any player that is playing this game.

There aren't that many smurfs in ranked, and it's not against the rules to have multiple accounts in ranked. It's part of the game, and sure it sucks, but you just have to deal with it and move on. Also permabanned? That's a little much. And many people "claim" to be a smurf but are just joking, so how would you tell those apart?
