Nocturne shouldn't get buffed

He should be on a list of champions that are unplayable till rework. I don't want to see this champion in his current state in my games. Point click half a map dash, spell shield and 2.25s fear all point and click abbilities. Getting killed by Nocturne feels really dumb and there is little you can do. Thank god he doesn't have a silence but maybe that's what's getting buffed.
