(Real) Ninja Tabi's

I personally love ninja tabi's, great for tanking. But I don't think of ninjas as tanks. To better suit the name I thought of a "different" Unique Passive. Instead blocking 10% of the damage from basic attacks one can Dodge them! Dodge - Unique Passive: Players have a 15% chance to dodge incoming auto attacks. Auto attacks can only be dodge once every 8 seconds from the same champion/monster. Dodging an empowered auto attack (Draven Q, Sona Passive, Renekton W...) will cancel all on-hit effects as with item empowered auto attacks (Static Shiv, Sheen). Champions can only Dodge other champions, large jungle monsters, siege minions, and super minions auto attacks.

I didn't "math" it all out but it seemed like a good idea. item 3047

Dodge was removed from the game some time ago. And Ninja Tabi used to have this effect.

With the exception of Jax, the dodge mechanic was purposefully completely removed from the game in season 2. It's not likely something they want to bring back. They are choosing to separate themselves from RNG (random Number Generation) as a game mechanic as much as possible. It's a wonder that Crit Chance is still a mechanic at this point.

Rename them Armored Greaves.

Dodge was removed for a reason. We have enough with "random" critical strikes deciding which one will win a skirmish, just imagine you are Vayne against an enemy Caitlyn who for some reason built Tabi, she has 100 HP and you have 700 HP, then she dodges your basic attack and scores a crit and you are dead...
