Can we Please Please add this feature for the rank matches?

I have encountered so many "trolls" in my rank match that will do following in team selection phase:

• verbally abuse team
• State that he/she will troll this game. and MEANS it.
• Ignore the team communication and autolocks and then bad-mouths the team.

If I were to avoid "sure-to-lose" matches, I must exit the game, which will cost ME a penalty, not the team. If I were to continue the game, I lose the match, AND feel terrible from that troller's verbal and mental abuse.

In BOTH cases, the outcomes are on ME, not the ABUSER.

So I have a suggestion.

Can we have a consensus system to ban players during a champion selection phase? It can be something like - All players (apart from the one being banned) need to vote "yes" for it to be active. So 4 out of 5.

I feel that this is fair, because this proves that it is not just one or two player that feels intimidated by the abuser. What do you think, League?
