Blue Essence and XP System

As we approach the new season, I'm sure you guys(Riot) have a lot in mind for some upcoming changes, but I felt the need to express my concern for the newcomers to League. Essentially, the blue essence system and xp earning needs to be fixed. I am currently a level 21 and it has taken me a total of 16 games to level up one time, even with a 3 day xp boost! Throughout those 16 games, I've received a whopping total of 1500 blue essence. It is not fun for me because I am not rewarded with necessary tools in order to make it fun. This is a constructive ticket and I'm not bashing anyone. I remember the old system where you would be able to buy so many champs and items out of the item shop pre level 30 and now it seems like it has become a bit pay-to-win. Thank you!
