To High Elo players: HELP US

After getting gold, what can make us better??? A decent game of no trolls or ints have: no more 30 CS at 10 mins, no more 0/13 coming out of lane. We do look to push lanes before fights, we roam, we gank, we split, we group, we team fight. BUT WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLD AND DIAMOND?? I do realize the difference plats have with us is that they are cleaner and faster to react in these macro plays, but not ENORMOUSLY different from us. What makes you Diamond? and how do we improve being in gold?
