You can't dodge auto attacks

Hecarim is technically a skill shot while using his E so yes it can be dodged.

You could odge it with any type of dash if timed correctly, such as Lucian or Graves E

Are you sure? I thought that once Hecarim jump animation starts the damage will always go through no matter what. I've seen multiple times a pony killing people with E even if they flash immediately.

It has to be timed perfectly, but it can be done. Plenty of videos on youtube showing it. You have to dash towards him. The damage goes through but not the CC
