I was under the impression that nothing, except for turrets and breaking your own stealth by attacking can reveal you? Is this 100% true? Including stuff like TF ult, etc?
I played a game as akali and felt like I kept getting hit by targeted attacks/spells in shroud...

Invisible champions are not noticeable when near them, nor are they revealed by pink wards. An example of this would be Akali's W. You can no longer reveal her when she's in her shroud by pink wards; she is totally invisible, only seen if you hit her with a skillshot or other ability, which will make her shimmer for a split-second.
