Sivir's fun but want a slight change if possible

I've been trying to play sivir and I've been having a lot of fun with her but her ulti (r) feels a bit underwhelming since the addition of which is pretty much an item form of my ulti, but better cause it gives stats to who ever has the item, I was wondering if it would be a cool idea to add attack speed onto sivir's ulti to give it a little more identity nothing crazy but something like 5% per level maxing out at plus 15% attack speed to anyone it affects.

Well the passive on her ult gives Sivir attack speed whenever you have Ricochet (W) active. Champs who buy that item have to want the AP, I'm assuming for support enchanters, Rakan Ivern and maybe Thresh

It already gives passive attack speed on Sivir, and, generally, you don't see an AS buff being terribly useful on anyone but an ADC.

They'd have to nerf the AS bonus on W active to give this. It'd...end up being an overall nerf.

Just throwing this out there because the AS buff wouldn't help the rest of the team too much, but what if it gave CDR % during the duration of the ult? For example everybody but Sivir on the team gets an extra 20% CDR or something to make it stronger? I don't know about exact numbers but that could be a good buff that buffs Sivir in a more team oriented way. Personally, I just use her R at the start of a fight for engage or as an escape tool after a fight for my team, and don't think her ult is too bad. CDR added would change the way I use it a lot and I would cast it in more scenarios. However, I've been playing her recently and an ult buff would make her WAY better, possibly to the point of being really OP.
