The league of legends balance (Mages)

I feel like all of the mages are a bit too different in terms of there pure damage values, some like annie, karma, or lux just seem to 1 shot kill anyone with little to no items, and then there are some that take a full build and then some just to 1 shot kill an adc. I feel like it would be fine to kill fast early on if the champ fell off late game at least a little but but sadly, even late game all those champs will still one shot. I feel like the damage should be a bit normalized so that some mages aren't just... weaker in every single way. A champ not having mobility does not mean they deserve to kill instantly because they still have summoner 4 to close the gap and delete there opponent. I understand the whole strengths and weakness thing but the whole 1 shot early is a bit too strong to just say "eh no mobility"

Mages are in a terrible spot atm in terms of itemization and scaling.

Late game mages are "meh" at best when compared to how much raw damage output ADCs have. A 600 crit with a 1.6 atk spd, or 600 damage between 2 kills on a ~10sec CD? You're choice.

Also while most don't have mobility, they almost always have tons of skill shots, which when trying to use against champions with way to much mobility makes it at least a little fair.

Mages have almost no options for a max CDR build, while ADCs get it on accident by building 1 item, and on top of that, AP mages are in a terrible itemization spot. Where their items have to both provide damage and tank. Meaning they have a limited number of options for any given game. While all AD users (the vast majority of non-mage champions), can build specifically offensive and defensive items. Sometimes they have small amounts of other useful stats, but generally they can very easily tailor their builds to specific situations, where as mages have very few item options. There is a reason you NEVER see a mage building an item without AP. They can't afford to risk their scaling by buying a defensive item.

item 3027 item 3116 item 3285 item 1001 the core build for literally every mage atm
