I will make this brief since I know the issue is well debated. I am an ARAM only player and I feel that the snowball is ruining this game mode. Please remove this gimmick Riot, ARAM is all random all mid, not all random all mid but let's throw in a summoner spell that completely changes the fact that it is all random all mid. I have played a few thousand ARAMs and this gimmick has changed the dynamic so much that I really don't want to play anymore. I enjoy the imbalance in ARAM, but this attempt to 'balance' it just makes it so much worse.

How does it change the fact it's "all random all mid", that part never changes regardless of summoner spells.

Look at this ARAM only account with only poke champs. gtfo everyone stopped talking about mark forever ago

I don't think it ruins it but it definitely needs the cool down almost doubled
