I have been recently chat banned for no reason

I have been recently chat banned for no reason. I was chat banned for not speaking at all for over 20-30 games. But somehow I am listed as a toxic player according to RIOT.

I then found myself having to tell my team to stop venturing into enemy territory without vision. After a couple messages, I was banned when I tell them more.

Could RIOT as lease, review on if someone has spoken in their games before listing them as toxic?

Because, If the player has never at all spoken, it is hard for them to be toxic.

It is really stupid to be punished for not doing anything wrong. Then losing games because of that punishment. Not all of us have all day to play this game, and some of us could only fit 2-3 games into our schedule, and therefore each ranked game does count for us....
