this is why ranked is a broken game mdoe and needs to be fixed.

So he is playing a specific champion in ranked and sucking at it, if so his ranking will drop until he is playing against people of equal skill levels. This is literally a problem that fixes itself.

What do you want to do about it? Ban everyone in your games whose 'true elo' is below the average for that game? In a solo queue there is always going to be a worst member of the team, and I hate to tell you but statistically 20% of the time that person is you.

Do you even read the comments you respond to before commenting? Because the only reason that you would look at his profile is if he was your friend, or you were so butthurt over one game. There's a reason the word "or" was placed in there. You can't report for someone doing poorly. You can't report for them doing it a few games in a row. I don't understand how you got to your ranking with that mentality at all.
