96% win rate and I don't skip divisions and only get 26lp per win?

Swheed - Summoner Stats - League of Legends

atm I have a 22/1 record (96% win rate) for solo queue and I have been only getting 26lp per game and although op.gg says I have a mmr high enough to skip a division, I haven't skipped a single division. How many more wins do I need before my mmr gets fixed or even start giving me more than 26lp per game or allow me to skip divisions? The only one game I lost was during placements soo idk how much lp its gonna drop per lost.

You need an MMR an entire division higher.

This means if your MMR on op.gg doesn't say Silver 2 or higher you won't skip

30 lp is a safe number to assume you will skip. I've skipped as low as 28 lp per win, but it is inconsistent at that lp gain. 33+ lp and you can get the super rare promo skip.

but for the past 23 games, ive been only getting consistently 26 lp per game. Like no matter how many games I win, it doesn't seem to give me more then that.

Well you don't get the same mmr bonuses a new account has since this account has past ranked seasons played. Even Apdo can go 50-0 on a previously bronze 5 account and he will only be ~mid gold. That being said ~mid silver you should start to see greater lp gains if you are consistently winning because you are climbing over a larger % of the league community.
