Bronze 5 and 5 win 5 loses
Why riot ? i win 5 ranked and 5 lose and you get me in bronze 5 . why?? please get me in other div!!!

Because you were bronze last season. The placements almost always put you a full division below where you ended last season. I was Silver 5 and got placed Bronze 4, that's just how it works.
the placement matches is only there to make you waste your time 10 games until you actually start making league points. besides that , the system will alwasy put you 1 full league under where you left off last season no matter how you perform.
